Hemerocallis species 'Elegant Candy' has lovely medium pink flowers with a triangular, red eye and bright green throat. The 4 1/4" flowers hold their color very well throughout the day and are heavily ruffled on the edges of the petals. Lots of buds lead to many flowers blooming at once for an impressive display! Also an excellent rebloomer for color later in the season! This is considered a Premium Daylily, which means that it has been selected as highly performing plant with exceptional bloom performance, substantive, vibrantly colored flowers, complete winter hardiness in northern zones, and a vigorous habit.

Growing Tips

Daylilies can survive many harsh conditions that other plants cannot including: polluted city environments, slopes, poor and dry soils, near pavement that is salted in winter, and under Black Walnut trees (not affected by juglone).
