Return Policy

 

 

Annuals-

 

  • We will gladly accept returns on plant material accompanied by the original register receipt within two weeks of purchase. Plant returns will receive store credit or plant exchange.
  • We guarantee our plants to be true to name and will replace or refund, at our discretion, any which prove to be mislabeled.
  • We can't guarantee the viability of our plants once they leave the store. In spite of everyone's best efforts, plants occasionally do die -- but it's usually only one or two out of a larger order, for which we will be happy to replace. However, if for example, you purchased 20 different plants & lost 18, we need to try to figure out why they failed for the benefit of both parties. We may need to ask you some simple questions to help us figure out the problem. We have found that weather, improper light or soil conditions, as well as insects are the usual culprits and not the plants themselves, but we'll do what we can as well as try to figure out what happened so that it can be avoided in the future.

 

Perennials, Shrubs, and Trees-

 

  • One -year warranty from previous season’s purchase. Remember that some perennials are slower to break dormancy in the spring.
  • Proof of purchase (register receipt) is required for credit

 

Hardgoods-

 

  • We will gladly accept returns on non-perishable merchandise during the current sales season. Items must be in new condition and be accompanied by an original register receipt.

 

Ironworks-

 

  • Ironworks purchased during the current sales season that have suffered welding breaks can be exchanged or returned.
  • We cannot guarantee how hard “Mother Nature” is on the product after purchase.

 

Volume purchased product-

 

  • Any item returned that is sold discounted when purchasing a higher volume will be refunded at the price shown on your receipt.

 

During Closeout Sale-

 

  • All sales are final, no refunds given for any product bought during this sale.

 

General return policy-

 

  • All returns must be accompanied by an original register receipt
  • All purchases made with a check will require either a 14 day waiting period or store credit only.
  • There are no adjustments on sale prices.
