Details
Pelargonium x hortorum 'Americana Salmon' is an excellent garden performer with large flower heads and continuous blooms. Ideal for beds, mass plantings, baskets or containers. Groom Zonal Geraniums by removing spent flowers and leaves. Plant in well-drained soil and feed regularly with a balanced fertilizer.
Growing Tips
If you have problems with budworms (blooms and buds getting chewed away) we recommend Captain Jack's Deadbug Brew. It's safe enough to be used for organic growing, and if used once a week starting mid-June it should take care of these dastardly pests that have invaded most of the Midwest. We carry this fantastic product at our Kaw Valley Garden Centers in ready-to-use spray bottles.
