Cucurbita pepo 'Vegetable Spaghetti" has oblong, 8-12" long yellow fruits. Tasty pasta-like interior that resembles spaghetti when cooked and removed from the outer shell. Harvest in late Summer/Fall, can be stored several months in a cool/dry location. 100 day to maturity.
