Calibrachoa hybrid 'Superbells Miss Lilac'

Details
Calibrachoa hybrid 'Superbells Miss Lilac' is a well-branched and free-flowering annual with a uniform, mounded, trailing habit. Covered in large lilac blooms, 'Miss Lilac' was a show-off in our trials! Blooms continuously all summer and fall. Heat tolerant. Self-cleaning, no deadheading necessary. Be careful not to over-water. Allow the top of the soil to dry before watering again. If your plant is wilting even though the soil is still damp you likely have a root rot problem.
Growing Tips
Calibrachoas are ph sensitive and need a well-draining soil. Typical garden soils are not acidic enough to keep Calibrachoas from having stunted, yellow growth. They perform best in a good quality potting soil such as our own Kaw Valley "Good Stuff". For beds with typical garden soils we recommend the similar looking "Littletunia" series of Petunias, which are not so ph sensitive. If you have problems with budworms (blooms and buds getting chewed away) we recommend Captain Jack's Deadbug Brew. It's safe enough to be used for organic growing, and we have seen excellent results. We carry this fantastic product at our Kaw Valley Garden Centers.
